Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to the restaurant for groceries and ended up finding more items that I needed. When I asked for help, the employees were too busy chatting with colleagues and the lady at the information desk refused to scan my items because there were a few people behind me in line. I was very disappointed and had to leave without making a purchase.
I frequently visit the Sainsbury's in Brentwood and on 16/11 I visited for the third time that week. After parking, shopping for products, and leaving within an hour, I received a £70 parking charge notice a few days later. I had forgotten to pick up a free two-hour customer parking ticket. During that time, I was dealing with a lot of stress due to my two-month-old nephew's illness, which affected my state of mind. I appealed the charge with Euro Car Parks, providing proof of my visit and explaining my personal circumstances, but my appeal was rejected. I reached out to Sainsbury's directly, attaching receipts and bank statements, and asked for their help. Unfortunately, their representative, Stephen, showed no empathy and advised me to wait for Euro Car Parks' review. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Sainsbury's, I received generic responses that did not address my concerns. Feeling frustrated and unjustly treated, I have decided not to shop at Sainsbury's again. I want others to be aware of what I consider to be unfair practices. While Sainsbury's may have gained a parking charge notice from me, they have lost my loyalty and trust. I will also be sharing my experience with friends and family to prevent others from facing similar situations.
The staff is mostly helpful, but the establishment is messy and insisting on self-service only is unreasonable. It is not friendly to disabled or neurodivergent individuals. The management is very poor and the experience is now so stressful that I would prefer to shop elsewhere.
Parked in disability bay displayed permit correctly have now received a fine of £70 from Euro car parks. We were there for an hour and half. We have no idea what we have done wrong. I have tried to contact store to establish reason but can not get anyone to answer my query on the phone. Customer care line unable to help and suggested I keep trying! I’ve given up now after about 20 phone calls to the store.
Extremely rude. No apology for waiting no apology for incorrect price and denied being rude , couldn’t cope and really should not be on customer service , tobacco, lottery if too much to deal with
