The Greyhound - Brentwood

Absolutely amazing eating as always! right restaurant quality. regularly changing menu, wonderful tasting meals, great value and we always had a great service. Today we were served by the beautiful stacey and she was so friendly and helpful. I recommended it to everyone!

Been here on many occasions over the past couple of years including Christmas Eve 2017, never been disappointed in the food, service and great value...

This is the second time we have found this in running out of food at 2.30 what’s happening we won’t be back unless improved

Have been to this venue on many occasions and the food is always great. However, the service on Sunday was poor. of us asked for the trio roast turkey, beef pork to be told the turkey had sold out at on a sunday. We asked for lamb or something else to replace it but were told the whole dish was off of the menu and we weren't allowed meats or a substitute. So of us ordered beef, I ordered the lamb. The size of the lamb in comparison to the beef was actually funny my friends were laughing at the size of the meat portion specifically the rest, veg, potatoes etc were fine. When we called the waitress over, she went to get the Manager. The Manager turned up to the table, puffed out her cheeks said "I've been told to come over"? She really could not be less interested in this fiasco and had no interest in appeasing the situation. Essentially it is what it is. We ate what we had and carried on.It's a shame. Atmosphere quality of the food was great. The service was pretty poor. Would have recommeded to people previously I wouldn't now
