Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is a wonderful coffeehouse. You walk in and the place is HUGE...Great decor and lots of seating with plenty of space . Coffee is wonderful, the cakes are lovely, and the staff, even though they are very busy are very polite....the only thing I wasn't happy about is the unisex toilets, but i suppose in this day and age that will probably become the norm. prices are very reasonableand is our go to place whenever we visit Stratford
The coffee is very good with plenty of space to sit inside or out to enjoy a break right in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. It's a shame then that the service is slow and the people who work there give you the impression they would rather talk to one another than the customers. Costa coffee is directly opposite to Cafe#1 in Stratford, I would suggest you go there instead.
Service is always miserable, which doesn't bother me that much.. This however is not a macciato, it's closer to a latte
Usually a great coffee shop to visit…however there is a noticeable drop in standards as two staff are expected to run a service of that size !!! Paper cups for a start…queues that are unacceptable and staff that are stressed out….it will be a while before we visit again. Management need to sort it… a shame to lose a reputation that has taken such hard work to establish.
First time we have visited this chain. I have never had a coffee froma chain coffee place that i didnt need to put sugar in to. Most are far too bitter but their coffee was fantastic. Also the mrs loved the white hot chocolate! Really impressed and wished this chain was in scotland!
