Serafina's Pizza - BRIDGEVILLE

We ordered cheese pizzas, bread sticks and mushrooms. Cheese on the pizza was overcooked and brown. Hardly any sauce on our cake. Fried Mushrooms were average. Breadsticks were nothing special and the sauce that came with them was ice cold. Good things, but not my experience with the order from here.

The food portions are harmful and the quality is bad. The prices on Google also do not match what they actually calculate. I ordered a Hoagie who had 1 piece of lunch meat on it, it was 90% bread. I'll never come back here again, good grief. Save your time and buy somewhere else.

I've been a customer since Serafina's originally in South Fayette. With the pandemic, I consciously support the small companies of our community. I have always been a fan of Sicilian (square) pizza, especially the crust, but on the other night it was different. It was as light as a feather and it was delicious. The crust has always been good, with some tightness, but Sunday it was like eating a totally guilty free crust. It was a religious experience for the pizzeria-crusted connesses out there. My only complaint that happened twice now was the lack of mushrooms on the pizza. Good amount of paprika, but hardly mushrooms and pieces had none at all. I don't know if it's the same person, but a little more mushrooms would be nice. As far as some of the other items on the menu, I have my favorites the steak and Italian hoagies are always my favorite. The Huagies are plentiful and a good size. You get your bang for your ass.

Zero stars. Everything was garbage. Steak Wrap was around Steak in a wrap. The Italian Hoagie had 2 slices of ham and capicola. And the buffalo friars were the worst food I had. 20 bucks after the drain, I should have left. They offer less meat on a sandwich than a subway.

What an outstanding experience we had at Serafina's. The food was second to none. The pizza had a rich zesty sauce with unique flavor that comes from the choice blend of tomato and precise spices held to the chefs own pocket. All of the hoagies are equally as decadent and backed to perfection. Twas an excellent experience in dining and we will certainly be back for more....much more.
