Carousels Fish And Chips Brighton

I had to try some fish and chips while in Brighton. After reading some really negative reviews about several seaside restaurants, I decided to give this place a shot before heading home on the train. I appreciated that they took their time preparing the dish, as my fish was served super fresh. The portion was more than enough for me, and I would have been perfectly fine with a smaller serving of chips, though unfortunately that option isn’t available on the menu. Overall, it was a solid fish and chips experience.

The staff were friendly, and the batter was tasty. The chips were nice, and the portion sizes were generous. There was a good variety of options for such a small chip shop, and the prices were very reasonable. However, the shop itself could use some sprucing up; the interior decoration and design leave much to be desired. I hope they'll consider hiring me to enhance the space!
