Nando's - Brighton and Hove

Me and my freind came to hove nandos in hope for a lovely meal we normally love nandos but in this instance we didnt get a nice meal we hoped for the chips was cold and so was the broccoli and the chicken was hard like it had been left.we wont be returning to this nandos again.

Awfully unhelpful staff who would not allow an autistic lad to use their toilets. When asked we were told no and that they were not for non customers. As a disabled adult he needed the toilet amd is not able to wait.

We were able to walk in and get a table straight away. Staff all friendly and welcoming. The food was great, just as ordered. Service was great. Cannot fault this one. Will be back for sure.

Missing items phoned up nandos who were very rude .told us to get in touch with deliveroo .why ?,it was sent out from nandos .so they were to blame, No salad in the wrap just a bit of coleslaw which was horrible. Cold chips.. Waste of £65 Don't order from here

Food They Don’t Get It Customer Service Neither Of Them Get It. The order was incomplete, placed in a bag and shaken vigorously. Neither DELIVEROO nor Nando’s were interested in sorting the issue or even knowing about it
