Perfect Pizza - Brighton and Hove

I ordered 2 double cheesecakes but only received 1, without any prior notification. The missing food was charged for, even though I was told it wouldn't be. The person I spoke with on the phone shouted at me and hung up on me when I complained about the mistake. Overall, the food was average and not particularly affordable. Dealing with this individual was a hassle and I would not recommend ordering from them. As a struggling student, the treatment I received was unacceptable. I hope that this situation improves in the future so that no one else has to experience it. This review is based on my experience with the person I spoke with, not the restaurant as a whole.

The best place to get takeaway pizza in Brighton. The staff are always friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are competitive.

The order arrived in 20 minutes, had excellent quality. I ordered the margarita pizza with mozzarella sticks and it was delicious! My roommate also loves this place, so I definitely recommend it!

As we were down lewes road a 4.30am it was a struggle to find anywhere that does food. Thanks to the people at this place, they let us in half an hour after closing and cooked us some garlic bread!

I don’t normally write reviews of take away places, but this has to be the most bizarre and worst customer experience I have ever encountered. There was a massive sign outside saying any medium pizza £5.99 collection, so I decided to order 2. I went to place my first pizza and the manager I think) said no we can’t do that, to which I said yes the special offer any medium pizza £5.99 collection)…I asked for a cheese garlic pizza one of their menu) and he still said “no we cannot make this garlic bread”, I then pointed to the menu and said this one. He tutted and was reluctant to allow me the customer to have a pizza off his menu!!..eventually he said ”ok I will allow this”…..” Very bizarre and poor customer service. I then began to order a 2nd pizza and he went” wwoooaahh…you want another pizza?”, to which I said yes, is that a problem?.... He said “mm….no ok…what you want?...I order my 2nd pizza and then assumed the total bill would for £11.98 any medium pizza £5.99 collection X 2 £11.98) The bill came to £22.49!! I said to him you have the special offer any medium pizza £5.99 collection…to which he then said “no this is not allowed for you”. So I pointed to the sign that says any medium pizza £5.99 collection, and he tutted, and said this is only special offer. After convincing him that I was right he then charged me the correct total of £11.98. As I paid with my card he then just past me the PDQ machine without even inputting the amount of £11.98. I said you have to put in the amount. He then “no, its fine just put in you pin”. I said no you have to put in the amount first. He then tutted and said ok. I suspect he wanted to steal my pin or something. The pizza was fine, but there were 3 different menus all with different prices, so I guess they try to charge you the biggest amount and then try to get away with it. Do not go here , these guys are very suspicious and untrustung
