The Wick Inn - Brighton and Hove

I visited brighton for the first time and we came with some friends on Wednesday in this pub, we really love the performance great musician and great atmosphere, but what I loved more is the Thai food! we have been living in Asia for a long time and I must say that this is simply amazing! we came in the did 2 times and I will come again and again, no need, some super push try and expensive this is really authentic!

The wick is a pretty old pub that looks very welcoming and it is also my local. we really wanted to drink an evening, but I'm afraid we came back in when the music was so loud. everyone had to scream to be heard about the music. I wonder if customers really want this or whether it is only for the maintenance of bar employees? I would like to come back and try again if the music could be shut down a bit.

My nice friend dipped at 20:30 a.m. to drink a drink after an 8-hour drive. he was because of the doormen who thought he was drunk - he had a pint. that's such a shame and. a total and complete disregard of the character (my friend is 52) and that sadly me as they are my natives and we all feel disappointed about it. my friend went without question (and wanted to say nothing) but I really felt that I was saying loud. please train their door people accordingly to distinguish between bad young people - try it at the door - from beautiful decent local people in our neighboring. many thanks to caroling bell

Only for a pint on the walk to house on a Sunday afternoon afternoon, what a nice pub mat was great the best barman I have seen in the last 20 years.

The bar staff lucy and joe were super duper nice and friendly 1000000/10 for those two good selection of beers as well
