Cozza Nera - BRINDISI

The service was excellent, the food was well prepared and Cozza Nera is a nice clean simple local restaurant. But they only provided bottled wine which was good but expensive and for ease the food was served on plastic plates. All in all 4 star.

The food was ok but was served in aluminium trays and plastic plates. There no house wine so it's pricey at 20 euros a bottle. There are much better places in the centre of Brindisi serving the same food at the same price but with proper tableware.

Local mainly for takeaway, but owns a separate room with tables. rice, potatoes and good mussels, but the grilled octopus was fabulous. good prices and excellent quality. returned for brunch and lunch. very good mussels but always the octopus is super.

The restaurant is in fact a take away with possibility of consumption at the table. flats and jets, very spartan service but in pleasant environment. kind staff. very good food at very reasonable prices. convenient to reach the airport
