ChipTease - BRISBANE CITY

Me and my friends go to the Downy Park food trucks every month and ChipTease is easily the most delicious there. We've now tried EVERYTHING on the menu and still can't get enough!

The cheese and gravy poutine was nothing special, particularly since they didn't use real cheese curds to make the traditional poutine. For $8 I'd expect more than normal chips and gravy, but, the chips were crispy and delicious and the gravy was thick and flavoursome. I wouldn't buy them again though.

Great concept, and well presented. I tried their Mexican fiesta chips and the chips themselves were fantastic, well cooked and a good serving size - but lost points because: 1. the salsa was a little too tangy for our liking 2. we didn't like that the cheese wasn't melted. (I heard another customer agree down the line that they wished the cheese was melted.) 3. Not much sour cream but it seemed like good quality stuff at least

Hands down best chips in Brisbane. The poutine inspired cheese and gravy was to die for and the dessert fries were so unique and delicious!!

Awesome service and atmosphere with their music playing and trivia on their TV screen. The line moved a lot faster at ChipTease compared to other vendors and the service was really quick. We tried the Pulled Pork & Gravy chips (which were to die for!!!) and the Mexican Chips which were also delicious and filling. We will definitely be tracking this food truck again, it was the stand out of our day.
