McMahons Restaurant - Brisbane

Great experience. Emily provided outstanding service, and went to extra effort with little surprises for my wife's birthday on the night. Food was great as well!

The Restaurant isn't much to look at but the food has been great every time and reasonably priced for the quality

Shocking. stay away. terrible is a word that it summarizes. we reach the hotel and restaurant is next to the lobby. No one there. we waited and saw if someone showed up, then we rang on the makeshift bar a bell and someone rocks up. we sit down and she brings the menu. We asked for a few things and she had no idea and had to keep the check. it was not hard, just like what this thing is on the menu etc. she said it was a new menu and she had no warning. the whole restaurant was empty, the least she could have learned the menu.

The staff are quite friendly, but the place has to be renovated, it looks a way too different than some pictures in the internet. the brote were good and crispy, I ordered a pork with kartoffels, it was good, my partner got the little bun with kartoffels kartoffels and it was just a way too dry and with a strong smell and taste, simply impossible to eat the protein.
