Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited a charming, old-fashioned pub in Bristol that has a cozy atmosphere. The menu offered a great selection of dressings. I ordered the chicken burger topped with cheese and speck, served with salad and chips. The meal was hot from start to finish and beautifully presented. The only downside was that the speck was a bit tough. It was refreshing to find a bar that serves something different from the usual Heineken and the typical drinks offered by local establishments like Samuel Smith. Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit!
They love this classic English pub in the city. While I’m not the biggest fan of Samuel Smith’s beers, they offer a full selection. The great atmosphere, open fireplaces, friendly service, and subtle Christmas decorations all contribute to a lovely experience. I recommend visiting on a Sunday night.
It used to be a great place for good, reasonably priced drinks, but now the prices have gone up, and there seem to be supply issues with the beers. It's still a nice pub, but it’s not quite the exceptional spot it once was.
Beautiful pub in the center of drink-ville a little quieter than the others, but worth a look, as the beer is not their usual fair.
Classic old school pub, worth a visit just because of the look and atmosphere. Classic
