Chick-fil-a - Bristol

Very busy which is typical for the chain. Service was somewhat slow. Food was hot and done but could have been cooked slightly more. Restroom and dining area were rather messy. But, again, it was dinner time and they were busy. Nothing was unacceptableand we'd go back if in the area.

We got the chicken noodle soup, it was good. Requested a lot of crackers and we got 5 packs for 2 large soups. Had to ask for more, the young guy seemed like I was interrupting him when I asked for a handful of crackers. The drive-thru was backed up, theordering was great

SO BUSY. This may annoy people, but you know it's good if there's a crowd. Stopped here during my 16 hour drive. Super friendly, as one would expect, while pushing food out at the normal quick pace. Thank you for the great service during the busy period. I hope to visit again!

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I'm Chick-fil-A isn't my favorite fast food restaurant. However, we get astonishing service EVERY SINGLE TIME! I cannot begin to describe how pleasant my experience is when I visit any of their locations. After suffering through the service that I get with places like Cookout, McDonald's, Sonic, etc, it's a nice surprise to open my bag to see everything I ordered, neatly placed in the bag. And with napkins!!! I eat at Chick-fil-A for the service I'm provided! I will choose Chick-fil-A EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We were on the road and decided to grab breakfast. We were served a tasty breakfast, but what really impressed me was the gentleman at the counter named Isaac. He was courteous and engaged in nice conversation. I found it refreshing.
