Chili's Grill - Bristol

Service was good food was good and the parking wasn't to bad. Spent about 55 for 2 people with no alcohol drinks.

Great place to go. The manager and waitress were extraordinary they let us stay and talk when went went for my aunts birthday, who just recently passed. Thank you so much!

Ordered the smokehouse and bizarrely they said you couldn 't pick sides, you had to take it as is. I told them I didn 't want either side that came with it and even I asked if the server could talk to someone, but they refused and said that 's the way it is. Basically, too bad . Maybe it 's policy, maybe not, but regardless I 'm much less likely to go now, especially after dropping 200 bucks. You 're losing business over something trivial for you but important for me. Plenty of other restaurants to give my money to that will be happy to accommodate.

Bristol Chilis is always Great! The food is always perfect to order, and ive never met a mean waitress there!

I placed an in-person to-go order because I can't get what I want ordering online. It's not as if I wanted something spectacular, just the omission of one item. It's not an option for online ordering.
