Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe employees at the restaurant did not appear to be happy to be working. Everyone seemed gloomy, quiet, and disinterested. Even my attempts to smile were met with indifference. Half of the dirty containers had been removed, but there were still some left, and I overheard a customer swearing loudly near my children. The staff seemed inattentive, as I had to ask multiple times for a side of cheese before it was finally provided at the register. They also mistakenly offered me a receipt when I did not request one. The food tasted okay, but I have had better experiences at their West Hartford location. The portions also seemed smaller than usual. Overall, I would have probably been happier if I had just eaten at home with my family.
I never got her name, but she made a great bowl for me at 8:30 a.m. after a chat. The food is delicious and I always enjoy coming here. The staff are friendly and laid-back, and they do an excellent job. Definitely one of the best places around.
The portion sizes at Moe's have decreased and the staff attitudes have worsened. It used to be a lively place to grab food to go, with employees enthusiastically greeting you with "WELCOME TO MOE'S." Now, it feels like a depressing middle school cafeteria where you have to ask for more food and they frequently run out of tofu.
The guy working tonight was super nice, we were greeted with a big “Welcome to Moes!!” And he made the best burrito we’ve had from moes in a while. My man needs a raise!
Dissapointed. stopped for chips and queso. I have a bowl of queso and only 8 chips. 8 chips. we even waited for about 30 minutes after it should be ready. 8 chips?
