Läderach - Broad Channel

My cousin got me their chocolates from USA and they were amazing. He got the marzipan sheet and the blonde caramel tablet and they were delicious. Loved them.

This is some of the finest and best chocolate While very expensive it's worth the price for its quality

Gréât presentation and staff. Everything is excellent except their products. There is something off with the chocolate I don’t know what but I don’t like it

Love the FrischSchoggi here. Been to this location twice within a month and both times the customer service sucked. No smiles on their faces and very passive in helping out. I’m Asian and I felt like I was being discriminated. Will prob be ordering online instead when I finish the current batch.

UPDATED:Läderach has sent me the correct items thank you.The chocolate is very good (not as good as Sprüngli but still good quality). Unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I paid for everything at the counter and they forgot to put $30 of the chocolate bark (Frischschöggi) in my bag. I called and got no response. I emailed and eventually was told they would ship it to me. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them the correct product and they shipped the wrong product again. Does not run like Swiss clockwork!
