Big Cheese Pizza - BRONX

The staff are friendly, but I preferred it when the owner and his son were on duty. The food seems to lack quality when they’re not around. I've noticed that it can sometimes be dry or burnt when other employees are working. I feel bad mentioning this since we've been regulars for years, but it just isn’t the same anymore.

The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude! He started speaking in Spanish, assuming I was just another white customer, but little did he know that I’m a mix of Italian, Puerto Rican, and Irish, and I understood everything he said. I was in line waiting for my turn after receiving my food and wanted to order an extra drink. When it was my turn, he completely ignored me and claimed he couldn't take my order for just one Pepsi. He didn’t want to assist me and even refused to give his name. When I told him I would be reporting him, he shrugged it off, saying he didn’t care and that my complaint wouldn’t affect his job. I was genuinely concerned about his dismissive attitude. How many others has he treated this way? What kind of image is this family-owned business trying to uphold? I will be reporting this establishment, not just for today’s incident but also due to several other occasions where this gentleman has treated customers poorly.

The best pizza and pasta I've had in a long time! I just moved to the Bronx, and I've tried several places, but this one truly stands out with its authentic pizza and pasta. The prices are reasonable, and it’s all about quality over quantity. I'm willing to pay a bit more for something great. If you're not hesitant to spend a dollar or two extra, I highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. It’s simply fantastic, and I'm proud to endorse it!

My children and I have been purchasing pizza from this location for about sis weeks now and so far no complaints....pizza is delicious and prices are fair.

I absolutely love this place for authentic pizza. The pizza is not to greasey, the sauce is perfect. I started going when the dad, and son were there everyday, and the son was taking the orders. I don't mind paying the price for the pizza because it is amazing. The guys that work there now have great customer service ? ?.
