The food has always been great, but the employees at this location, as well as the one in Danbury, often have poor attitudes. They really need to improve their customer service skills. No matter how good the food is, bad service can overshadow it. As a result, I've started going to a deli that values my business and knows how to treat customers well.

Always bustling, which guarantees freshness. Bagelman bagels are simply the best—no need for substitutions.

My panini sandwich was prepared on toasted bread instead of a proper panini, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the bread was soggy.

I've been visiting Bagelman for breakfast at least three times a week for the past six months. I usually order one scrambled egg with a hash brown patty, cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Unfortunately, my order has been wrong almost every time—sometimes I receive the wrong bagel, or I don’t get the cheese, salt, or pepper, and other times there's no hash brown. I really enjoy the bagels, but I'm starting to get frustrated with the repeated mistakes in my order.

This restaurant is always bustling with locals and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's not just about bagels; they offer delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffee as well! You can also find salads, fresh fruit, sandwiches, and more on their menu. The cold bean salad is particularly noteworthy. Plus, they have almond milk available for coffee, which is a nice touch!
