Great service but then again I?ve never had bad service at Starbucks! They all need raises

Very slow. Four people just stood around, and my drink order was perhaps the slowest ever at all Starbucks locations. I do not recommend this Starbucks location; I will never go back to this store and if you can find a different location, go there instead

Cold Pike coffee AGAIN at this location. Complete apathy when I called to suggest they brew something fresh. I think $3 deserves a better 16 oz experience.

They are putting less coffee in the cups and frothing it up more so it feels light as a feather. No wonder I e lost my love for Starbucks. And up until the pandemic hit I had been a 30+ year daily mocha girl. Done!

I went to Starbucks today before work to get a holiday drink as well as get the free holiday cup. When it was my turn to order, I ordered two grande caramel brûlée lattes. The barista said that they had unfortunately run out of the syrup and would get some later that day. Since I had to get to work, I asked for her recommendation for another drink. She said she loved the chestnut praline lattes and I ordered those instead (plus I?d still get the holiday cup). And let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS! I didn?t get her name but she was working drive thru around 7:45am 11/18. Thank you for the great recommendation! Now I have a new holiday favorite!
