It’s clear that the staff needs basic training in hygiene and food handling skills. Additionally, my children ordered kids' meals, which included a free dessert or 50 cents off a mini Blizzard. When we mentioned the coupon, the cashier insisted that it only applied to the 50 cents off, despite the coupon clearly stating otherwise. I wish I could offer assistance in teaching him how to read, but unfortunately, I live too far away. Plus, I doubt he would pass my tests.
Avoid the drive-through; the three Blizzards I ordered weren't frozen at all and seemed like they were made just five minutes before. I can't speak for the lobby, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going through the drive-through again.
I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru. The three Blooming Onions I ordered weren’t frozen at all—they seemed like they had just been made a few minutes early. I can’t comment on the lobby experience, but I would suggest avoiding the drive-thru.
The service was quick and friendly, and the food was exactly what we wanted and prepared well.
The restaurant is very clean, offers delicious food at a reasonable price, and the staff are attentive and helpful.
