Staff nit the best but McDonald's is McDonald's Kids live it

I like this place. But the past few times I've been, I was either just ignored or rushed out. The cashier the last time I was there took my coupon, but then still charged me full price and I was told I couldn't get the money back. He forgot the drink, the fries were questionable...I only ordered like 3-4 items.

I just don't get it with these restaurants!? I can remember the time when I used to love me some Mickey D's short for McDonald's. Now, it's a challenge to go in any of these McDonald's and get great service. I always ask for my meal fresh to go, and these individuals at McDonald's do not like to follow instructions about your food order. They will wait a few minutes and hand you your food, and it will be Luke warm and the fries be soggy because they are keeping them underneath the light. What's wrong with the world? Everybody is getting lazy, including the HEALTH DEPARTMENT! IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DO THEIR JOBS, IT WOULD BE LESS INDIVIDUALS GETTING SICK OR DYING My thing with this McDonald's is that they think they slick, and nobody wearing gloves when handling our personal orders. My thing is the more of us start complaining to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR THE NEWS, just maybe some actions will be taken

This is a 24Hr location- placed a mobile order, confirmed in app to pick up through drive thru. Waited in drive thru to find out they were only serving door dash orders.
