Beautiful joint with a full bar with seating and a cool outdoor back terrace. it was late so I was tired of her fried chicken, which is highly recommended. the fried chicken skin was so delicious and crisp. 3 large pieces on a small dish. only suggestion is to get a left plate. I ate that too before I made the picture. I couldn't wait, but I'm sure there's a baptism here.

Super rude bartenders, especially the men working there. They won't even look at you across the bar unless you're a pretty white girl. I could tell from who they were selectively grabbing orders from. 2 stars just for the decent late night food.

After struggling to find late night food, we hit it on the money with The Commodore! They serve food til 2am which is awesome and the food is good, it's elevated bar food for sure. A southern cuisine vibe, I recommend the fried tomato sandwich, the salad, and gazpacho! You order at the bar and seat yourself. Easy!

My favorite bar food in Williamsburg, hands down. Fun and unpretentious vibe while still carrying the pirate theme. Fantastic fried chicken, burgers and THE BEST nachos.

I ordered the veggie burger made vegan (no cheese or mayo) and after eating about half of it, I wasn't sure if it was a meat burger or veggie (Beyond Burger) after eating some of it. The server wasn't sure, so she brought me a new one that she assured me was a veggie burger (confirmed it was a Beyond Burger) and comped the charge on the receipt. Thank you very much for such good customer service! They have lots of outdoor seating options great for a warm afternoon/evening.
