Taquita Millonario - Brownwood

The carne guisada plate was very good: a generous portion of carne, moist rice, tasty refried beans, and an excellent huge homemade tortilla. The pico de gallo was superb, but the salsa could use more pico. The huge spicy potato taco was filled to the brim, but could use a little more spice. The carne guisada taco was excellent. The huge, wonderful tortilla was overflowing with chicken, although it was a bit dry. The cashier/waitress was a little rude, but maybe the busy morning was not ideal for her. Overall, it was a family-friendly, sweet atmosphere with good food.

Common breakfast stop for me. Very good. Price is pretty good, cheaper options elsewhere sure, but the quality I think more than makes up for that. Sometimes they open a little later than their posted time. If you get there too soon after they open, they may not have all their breakfast options available, which for me has sometimes been beans and potatoes.

Food was excellent. Fresh hand-rolled tortillas, and owner is not shy with the portions. You definitely get what you pay for. If in had anything negative comment it was just the wait in drive-thru, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the food.

OK breakfast taco. Tortilla was good, inside was not hot. Cheese was not even melted.
