Costa - Broxbourne

I visit a lot of Costa shops and this by far is the best managed. Always friendly and efficiently staffed. I have never had a problem in this branch. Toilets always clean and tables clean and tidy. Keep up the good work. The manager here has a great team working for her.

This Costa is just another Costa, however what defines this Costa is the excellent friendly staff who go out of their way to give excellent customer service and the sun lounge which is perfect for the days when the sun shows its face. The Costa serves up my type of coffee and it has mouth watering snacks and is a pleasant place to sit and chat

This Costa branch is clean and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere and a nice view of the clocktower. The staff are always very nice and friendly.

I don't usually write reviews, but this isn't the first time Costa has disappointed me. I love Costa and it has always been my go-to place until now. I have been forced to go to Nero instead. The place is a mess, yet there are always four unhappy staff members working there every day, which is very strange. Today, the person who served me was Chantelle. She snatched the money from me and questioned my order. All I wanted was to relax in a coffee shop before heading to work, but instead, they made me angry. I work in the bar industry and my job is to keep customers, not drive them away to another coffee shop. [hidden email]

Usually exceptional, but yesterday's experience was disappointing. The staff was not great, the toast was very slow to arrive, and the coffee was served in a Christmas-themed cup even though it is not Christmas. The cappuccino tasted different, very milky, and overall not up to the usual five-star standard.
