Sitting inside it’s way more cozy it’s busy but you can get a table without a reservation I can recommend the vegan avocado toast and the scrum eggs
We popped in for brunch and were not disappointed. Lots of seatings available, each with a mood. We had croque monsieur, granola parfait and a chocolate torsade and all were very filling. Lots of variety to try from so next time, will try something else. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The ambience where we sat was also very nice. English speaking staff too!
Visited 3 months ago. Fully admit that I went in initially it was because I was looking for a place to charge my phone. They shockingly had outlets built into their benches inside (score! . Once I sat down and started looking at their menu, I realized I wanted to try a few times. I got the Bakers Daily Lunch (13,95 euros which included soup, half tartine and a side salad. I was thinking it was going to just be a cup of soup but it ended up being a massive bowl. They did warn me that the tartine was beef tartare (raw beef, Grana Padano cheese and sun dried tomatoes . The side salad was a great size and the soup of the day was leek. I ended up putting some of the sun dried tomatoes in the soup and it was fantastic. I also got a seasonal juice which was delicious. It was a combo of spinach, mint and pear which sounds like it wouldn't work but did. This place is a little pricey but I expected that pretty much all over Bruges. Their outdoor patio is stunning. Would love to come back during different seasons.
Better than the branches in London. Just a fact. The sandwiches were made to order and the ingredients were singing. I was happy to wait 10 minutes for them to be made as the interior is beautifully done and the movement of the kitchen had my attention for the most part. Just a very good sandwich to go off, but it has to be five stars. At my own peril, I think I'll give them another chance in London.
+Helpful staff and very beautiful space with plenty of seats inside and outside, sunny courtyard. Good crispy sourdough bread for toasts, and amazing evoo. vegan flatwhite was stratified into coffee with weird flakes, even though I chose the most cowmilk like vegan alternative soy alpro. Avocado toast is extremely plain. Vegan sweet treats were sold out by 16.00, the only one was chia muffin left nothing to die for( The plate for dessert was not clean and cracked Overall bill for toast, yogurt, cappuccino, flat white vegan and muffin was 41 euros
