This is a very beautiful place to eat nice and friendly people

We have been coming here for many years, but I swear that the SLICED PORK BBQ is better than ever. The secret is to order a PORK PLATE OUTSIDE SLICED so that you get the beautiful exterior of the butt where all the flavor resides. Expect a gorgeous crust with a beautiful smoke ring. I think I am the only person in South Georgia who doesn 't like BREADED FRENCH FRIES, so I always order the veggies instead. Their baked beans are excellent, and I really like their LIMA BEANS. THis is a great bargain for $9.95, because this is real southern BBQ. If you don 't like this, you are a damn yankee.

Wow!!! This place is the real deal. Big portions, great service and fantastic BBQ!

Walk in seating you have to find a hopefully empty clean table it's our fault for going at lunch time took a good min to be waited on but the waitress was nice the food came out fast however our drinks were empty before half our food was gone tons of ice and never refilled checkout was easy enough and she was sweet to give my daughter a lollipop nice enough place food was ok but I'm not gonna go back

While visiting Saint Simons and Jeckle, I decided to have fun with a Brunswick Stew Challenge in Brunswick GA. I had only time to try out 2 recommendations from Saint Simon's visitor centre (see my profile for the evaluation of the 1st one-pot . That was the 2nd and I had to bring it home to eat the next day. I grew up GA and love all kinds of Brunswick stuffing. I condemn places when their stuffing help with Bbq sauce or not. This one-pot does not need help : This one-pot is spicy and sweet with huge pieces of vegetables. I dare to say it could have used a little more meat, and the dominant veggie was sweet peas (most likely from the can that was a little in my opinion. I look forward to conquering Brunswick's stews again at the next visit. I am also looking forward to enjoying some BBQ from here. The prices are great and the quality looks pretty good according to the other reviews.
