I've had the impression of being deceived from the place. very approximate and slow service (more than 20 minutes waiting for drinks and 45 minutes for a dish while the restaurant was quiet) the order of the next table was wrong, I was strangely served a few minutes after a plate with 2 pieces of meat while there was normally 3, and warm, leaving me to think that I had received the plate of my neighbor (same) The meat was full of nerves and too cooked as I had asked for my bleeding picanha and with the bad accompaniment. We waited another 10 minutes for my friend to be served with his burger. Our cocktails, which usually can be bus closed eyes were bad. The bartender obviously had no hand. We ordered a sparkling eua that never came. When we told our waitress that there was a priori a problem, it retorted us in a very insolent way that our waiting and service was perfectly normal. That the rest were coming. the manager tried to regain his hand and to improve the end of the experience but we remain openly dissatisfied with our passage. Is the quality service reserved in the evening or is it a change of direction that sees their customer experience down? Very disappointed.

1. no one to welcome you when you arrive, wait long enough before someone decides to come bring the card, take the order (when there were really not many customers), error in the order and then it has yet to wait to receive the dishes actually ordered, no commercial gesture to apologise ... anyway bad experience ...

Very attentive and efficient staff. Good food. Copious dish.

Service, quality and value for money are always at the top. A more than safe value before going to cinema

The burgers were delicious but the service was really very slow.
