Quite disappointed with the menu and quality of food. This is more of a fast food than a traditional restaurant.

Very good food however the restaurant does not check any Covid pass, all employees do not wear masks including the cook. It is a shame to endanger these customers in this way. We had not noticed it until the end of the meal, I would not have stayed ate if I had seen in advance that cooking etc did not wear any masks and did not disinfect the hands and material tables after each passage. The best ramen I've ever eaten! It's hearty and very good! I especially recommend the tonkotsu broth with the tamagos that are a delight. However, I put a big black point on the service not always pleasant and especially the incessant closures and indicated nowhere that makes us move for nothing. A small advertisement on their site or network would not be refused.

Excellent and fast. I was able to eat there for half an hour.

What a disappointment. The noodles were cooked too long and the soup had no taste. By comparison, Aiki Noodles are haute cuisine.
