Amvrosia Grecesc - Bucharest

Amvrosia is a beautiful Greek restaurant, located in a residential area in Pipera, with a beautiful Greek owner who enjoys making the food himself. If you want to eat delicious traditional dishes with great taste while staying outside, on a pretty terrace opposite the lake, this is the place to go! The interior design is classic but elegant. It is true, the prices in the menu are quite high when you ask a typical Romanian, but they reflect the quality and passion that these people make in the food they make. I recommend completely from the bottom of my heart.

A beautiful atmosphere, feel like on a Greek island and sit at the table with your local hosts, enjoy excellent Greek cuisine. The garden is fantastic and the restaurant is clean and very welcoming, created for connoisseurs and for those who know how to appreciate its authenticity.

Bad food, rude service, higher prices that it deserved. Just a horrible place. A tourist trap that must be avoided. Some from our party had stomach aches, the kids didn't touch the pasta (and they always eat pasta), and the worse thing about this place is not the food. The waitress and the owner, constantly complained about the 5 year olds that they played. And they were just running around without making too much noise. Because they didn't sit at the table like grown ups, it was offending for the owner. If you like good greek food, avoid this restaurant. If you have children, don't even consider this place.

Horrible and expensive food, staff only cares to take your money for meals you haven't even ordered. Although is fobidden to smoke indoors you have to eat your (forgetable at best) food in clouds of cigarette smoke. Do yourselves a favor and pick any other place than this.
