Schlotzsky's - Buda

Schlotzsky's is always a delight! Their sandwiches and pizzas are delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderfully enjoyable experience while placing my order. Carrie, who worked behind the counter, was an absolute gem. Her kindness alone is enough to bring me back. If everyone treated others as pleasantly as they do, the world would be a much better place! The food was prepared quickly, too.

We had a large 300 catering order and this store intentionally wouldn't answer us after they made it. They messed up the entire order and then just pretended like we didn't exist. I will absolutely be reporting this place to corporate in the hopes the pathetic example of leadership here is removed.
