Burger Joint - Buenos Aires

The vibe here is similar to the types of places I hung out in in the 80s, so I appreciate The Burger Joint for that, but both my and my husband's burgers were dry, and hard, with the beef itself weirdly seasoned. Someone who understands burgers should explain to them about what fat content to use in the ground beef mix and to what temperature the beef should be cooked. It shouldn't be too difficult in this land of beef.

Cool place, great vibe with a good selection of burgers. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Palmero and fancy a burger!!!

Been here a few times now, for lunch and dinner. with all the burger places in Palermo Soho, this seems the most popular and I understand why. really cool vibe. super great value and interesting options. I'll be in BA for one month and I'm quite sure this will be my one of my top two or three most frequented restaurants. a couple of beers on tap

Cool restaurant and atmosphere but for me the burger was mediocre at best. Really thick patty, kinda dry, and lacking in fat content. I’ve had smash burgers in other less reviewed burger joints in Palermo to compare and they blow these guys out of the water in terms of pure flavor of the food and value. Not sure I understand the hype, but the place is cool and if you’re hungry the food will do.

Great burger, very good meat and decent fries. Nice atmosphere, too. Lots of neat graffiti inside and out. The bathroom was clean
