Pipi Cucu - Buenos Aires

I had the chicken on spits. It was perfect. My friend had pasta he also enjoyed. The evening started quiet. We arrived at 8:30 and only a few tables were occupied. Within an hour all the tables were taken and it became... angry. This is my only reason not to give 5 stars. Service was perfect. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food was great. If you don't hear a problem (what I do) I would add a star.

I love this restaurant. The food is great and the drinks too. It is located on a very beautiful old building with a very beautiful passage between two streets. The atmosphere is great and the attention is always fantastic. I think it's a great place for dinner, a few or for drinking with friends. I always want to come back!

A good Negigbourhood restaurant that serves good food for a quite resonable price. Before a visit when you're in the area.

I discovered this at the end of my trip. I had a late evening coffee and there was guitar music (live) and a nice atmosphere that looked good for the next time.... open lunches and evenings.

This is a neighborhood place that we always forget to go to. The food is mediocre at best. Sometimes better. Lately we want to go to places that take credit cards. It's just easier than paying cash all th time. And it's a law in...Argentina that all public restaurants have to accept one type of credit card. This place will but you have to beg them. Tonight when we arrived I asked if we can use the card and he said we do not work with credit cards but tonight we will Make an exception but never again and that sat us in the back by the bathroom while the rest of the restaurant remained empty. I hate Argentine places that make you feel that you are doing them a big favor by eating there. So I told the guy never Mind we will do you a favor and not eat there tonight or any night and we left without ordering They don't understand the neighborhood vibe of a place. We got to places all over our neighborhood where people are friendly and welcoming and so we don't need to go to a place like this thank goodness. I recommend Pura Tierra or La Mar where you can eat better quality food for the same price with friendly people and use your credit card all at the same time
