At times, this particular restaurant gets really busy, but other times it's not too crowded. There isn't much parking available, so it's best to go elsewhere if there's a long line outside. However, the staff is welcoming and there is a wide variety of ice cream options available.

This restaurant is a wonderful family-owned business! I enjoy supporting local establishments, and this place definitely hits the mark. I tried the coconut chip flavor and it was absolutely delicious! It was so creamy and fantastic. They also offer sunflower toppings if you prefer to mix things up. This is definitely a spot to visit this summer with friends or family.

If it were possible, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. I came here specifically to order a misty float (misty slush with ice cream) and was informed that they no longer served it, despite me having ordered it just a week ago. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant in Arlington Heights. The service was subpar.

Fairly standard Dairy Queen location with a full selection of sweet treats and frozen treats in freezers than you can take home. The location is a little small, so it's not the greatest place to hang out for a while, but it's part of a larger shopping center so there's other places to walk around. Service is friendly, though the preparation time can be a bit slow at times.
