Wendy's - Buffalo Grove

I ordered the breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a drink, and I have to say, it wasn't worth the price. The sandwich was small and lacked flavor. I expected more for my money than just a single sandwich and a small cold drink for $12.

The staff informed me that my order would take about 10 minutes because they needed to prepare the chicken. I didn't mind waiting and was glad to do so. However, while the chicken sandwiches were served hot, the fries and burgers were barely warm. It seemed like they packaged the rest of my order while waiting for the chicken to finish instead of ensuring that everything was fresh and hot when they handed it to me.

Efficient and fast! great work team and very clean restaurant.

The experience was overwhelming. We did not receive a refund for the incorrect order. The manager was very unprofessional and could benefit from some training. I would advise staying away from this establishment.

Simple enough order.Two doubles, no ketchup, one with no pickles.Apparently, they were upset by this?Both had ketchup.One had no pickles, and the one for the person who likes pickles?One pickle slice.Both had been so badly wrapped they weren't in the wrappers when we opened the bag.Both had slid apart, and one seems to have been intentionally smashed on a counter edge.Never ordering from this Wendy's again.
