Starbucks - Burbank

However, today I decided to go in myself and noticed that my drink was ready, but it was placed in the mobile order section in the back, not at the front. I didn’t mention it to her, thinking she might not have seen it. She didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then, when another customer came in, she greeted her warmly and had a pleasant interaction. I noticed her demeanor changed when she saw me again; she moved my drink to the front, but when I reached out to grab it, she put it on the counter and just walked away with a completely different attitude. While I try not to take things personally, I don’t think it’s right to treat any customer this way. I wanted to share this experience because it has happened several times now, creating a noticeable pattern that needs to be addressed. I want to be clear that the other staff members there are always friendly and helpful! The drinks are consistently great, and they genuinely do their best to assist their customers.

I believe they could use my help at Dieucks because this place is quite disappointing. The staff was rude, and the atmosphere both inside and outside leaves much to be desired.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I tried to order a matcha green tea ice latte, but I was told that I couldn't get it because they ran out of venti cups. They refused to serve me my drink because they wouldn't put it in a different container, even though I offered to pay for a beaker. This place is unprofessional, and I would never return. The manager was rude, and the customer service was terrible.

This special location is my favorite place from all that exists in glendale. the place has a beautiful seating area outside surrounded by bushes. it's such a nice place to kick back and enjoy a drink

I wanted a traveler box from this facility and one of the workers told me that Starbucks doesn't do traveler's boxes after 11 am. I called another Starbucks 5 min away, and they said they can make it for me. If you're busy, just tell me. I just don't appreciate being lied to.
