Whole Foods Market - Burbank

The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. You won't have to worry about finding any surprises in your soup like at Trader Joe's. However, don't expect the cashiers to be able to answer any specific questions about the menu items. They may be a bit offended that you asked and suggest you ask someone else in the store who may or may not work in that department. Depending on who you ask, they may be able to help you out.

This restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. The cashiers are incredibly slow and show no sense of urgency when it comes to checking out. The staff they hire are extremely slow and incompetent. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The restaurant has plenty of convenient free parking, which is a plus. What's even better is that there is a designated area for returning Amazon packages right in front of the parking lot. Once inside, the market is spacious and well-stocked with a variety of hot and frozen foods, wines, fresh produce, and daily essentials.

This rating is for the ready made food portion of the market. I still love Whole Foods as a market, but they need to do something about their prepackaged ready made food.I was in a hurry so I got some shrimp spring rolls, you know where the sushi is. Normally these items are fresh and even though they may not be the best tasting or quality, they will do in a pinch.I purchased these about 330ish and let me tell you, they were soggy, went and not well wrapped as they fell apart as I started to eat them. I would have gone back to get a refund, but like I said I was in a hurry.I doubt I will be coming back to buy any of their ready made packaged food. GROSS!The only saving grace is that I still like the market as a whole which earned the two stars.

This is probably one of my favorite Whole Foods Markets to come too! The produce is always really great here and the customer service is by far one of the best. I've really taken some time to get to know some of the staff here because they are always so welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind and thoughtful. I enjoy my morning shake conversations with Allen! This guy should be running this place. He's always talking to all the customers and having engaging conversations. Alberto in the body skin department is always extremely kind and very helpful with recommendations on what I should be taking. If you're a local to Burbank, I highly recommend you come to this Whole Foods.
