Unfortunately, I can give this 4-star hotel only5 stars, although it and its staff would have earned at least6 stars

A beautiful hotel that combines a modern line with historic walls. Very great and very large spa area, super clean!The castle terrace offers everything the heart desires and also the operation is super nice and competent. Especially noteworthy here is Marina, which has provided us excellently. We would like to mention Dustin from the reception and Bernd (the good soul of the house) especially positively! They both took care of a tick bite. We will definitely come back again!Shortly said: World class!

I was at the hotel with my wife for a night. There was an apartment and expectations were high for a 4-star wellness hotel.The room:Ours Apartment was in the attic and therefore already at the beginning very warm, the 2 provided tower fans, did not even get a better. In addition, the room for 4 stars was rather a disappointment and filled with feeling only the minimum requirements to be able to go through as a 4 star hotel.: to reach the spa we first had to go to the opposite building. Arriving in the spa, we were impressed, all was clean, the light was pleasantly damped and nothing was saved at the inventory and saunas. Inside there are 3 different saunas and an outdoor area. Water, tea and ice are so much you want and also fruit is ready.Parking:It there are 3 possible parking spaces. One has it at the top of the hotel itself, which was emotionally persistent. Below the restaurant there is another parking lot that was so crowded by the guests of the restaurant that we had to park down from the mountain. The 3 parking lot is down from the mountain and more like a lawn place with entrance. In parking lots you have to be lucky what's going on in the hotel.

A very nice and well-run hotel! Hopefully you can open all the restaurants in the desired size again!
