This place always delivers. They serve fantastic dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is loaded.

Ada's came to my workplace for lunch recently and I was very happy! Many of us got a main with two sides. The main offerings were chicken (fried or bake), salmon cake, and pulled pork. The sides offered were green beans, mac n cheese, a corn/tomatoes/avocado salad, and a couple others I can't remember. I went with Baked chicken moist, well seasoned Mac m cheese rich, cheesy. I think many food trucks will make a tasteless Mac m cheese but this was a legit indulgence. Corn/tomatoes/avocado salad fresh, lightly and brightly dressed in a vinaigrette My friend tried the green beans and said it tasted like her southern family's. Hope to see Ada's soon!

Great portions, delicious meats! We got two platters-one bbq pulled pork sliders and the other fried chicken. Both were excellent! For the sides, we got Mac cheese, baked beans, and French fries. Peach cobbler to top it all off. Everything was tasty, well seasoned, and just the right amount for the price. Can't wait to have it again!

Wow, I loved every single item I just ate! I've been q bit picky about take out ever since the quarantine, some foods just don't carry out well, but this was so delicious it just instantly put me in a good mood! Fried chicken w cornbread, Mac cheese, fries crispy delicious skin, super moist chicken and perfectly seasoned, moist flavorful cornbread (top 3 I've had), fries are skinny kinda similar to mcds! Meatloaf w cucumber tomato salad moist flavorful meatloaf (I can't wait to put the leftovers on a sandwich for tomorrow's lunch), refreshing herby cucumber salad! Pulled pork sliders w baked beans also so moist w the perfect bbq sauce, baked beans amazing as well! Thank you for the delicious food!

We saw this food truck at the Annandale fall festival. The Mac n cheese is definitely a winner. We got a large maybe n cheese with pulled pork. The price for the chicken biscuit was fairly priced as well.
