Avaliação da contribuiçãoI absolutely love this location. The customer service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the food is hot. They have a great selection of protein to choose from and options for vegetarians. I ordered a regular bowl with beef,3 tortillas, applesauce and a regular drink. The lady only charged me for the bowl and drink, and also threw in a juice for my son. It?s a nice and quiet environment I guess depending on the time. I personally like Qdoba over Chipotle...based on the rice and more options of meat.
We love the food, but the portions don't make any sense. My roommate and wife both get the chicken bowl. He orders a bunch of toppings, she order just chicken and rice. They both pay the same price for both bowls. He gets a heaping bowl, and she gets a tiny child's portion. No exaggeration. In the pic, we haven't touched her bowl at all. She didn't ask for extra chicken, she wants extra rice, if possible, but nothing. This is just ridiculous. Don't waste your money. Maybe in person they give you an actual portion?
I walked into the restaurant and stood there while three employees watched me. None of them greeted or acknowledged my presence. I was the only person in line. After 3-4 minutes of being ignored, I decided to leave.
We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and high quality of the food at this restaurant considering the price. Rossy provided impeccable service, being thoughtful and helpful throughout our meal. Jermy was also fantastic, showing great hospitality. The crema salsa was delicious, and don't be put off by the pickled red onions - they add the perfect touch to any dish. The queso and crispy chips were also excellent. Overall, a great dining experience.
I was excited to find a Qdoba in Burleson, but unfortunately, this location falls short. I would recommend skipping this restaurant and trying a different one. I attempted to visit on a Saturday at noon, but it seemed they were closed. I also tried on a Monday at 2pm, but the doors were locked then as well. I was unsure of their operating hours. Finally, on my third attempt, I found them open. The restaurant was empty and the staff seemed uninterested until we asked if they were open. The food was decent, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. The tables were dirty, the drink machine was broken, and trash was scattered around. Overall, the atmosphere was unclean and disorganized. Despite the food being decent, I will stick to Qdobas closer to Ft. Worth in the future.
