Kfc - Burlington

The truth for the price of their food everything should be on point not only do they give you chicken that must have been sitting there for hours it's so dry the biscuits are so hard and if that wasn't bad enough customer service is horrible they are the most rude people no exaggeration they are just downright nasty rude imagine going right up the road to the Willingboro KFC it's a whole different atmosphere the chicken is not dry the biscuits are not hard and the customer service seems to be polite imagine the difference a few traffic lights made just saying I won't be going back

Horrible service!!! The workers are rude and will say just about anything to you.I went here yesterday to grab a 8 piece and they told me they did not have have crispy chicken when I asked if this was for the remainder of the day the drive thru worker caught a major attitude and said do you want the original chicken or not. Then a different lady got on the speaker and said we have strips you want that. I said of then she said hold on. Came back and said we only have 6 strips. Do you want it? I told them this is ridiculous. Why don 't you have chicken? You sell chicken, right, then the woman said, "Have a nice day.Soooooo rude! Inexcusable behavior! Someone needs to address the team at the KFC Burlington location. This is a mockery of your company. It 's really a shame.

I ordered two separate meals in the drive thru but only received one of the meals. I'm out $14.59. I got 2 drinks though.

When I fist pulled into the lot, I thought they were closed until I saw a car at the drive-through window. Almost every light in the place was off. Ordered 2 Taste of KFC meals and got zero sides. They did give me a brownie in place. One brownie, for 8 sides. Loved the original recipe chicken and biscuits, as always. The brownie was really good as well.

The inside still isn't open. They run out of chicken all the time. The staff is rude more often than not. This place is ridiculous, I'm surprised that they haven't closed down yet.
