Avaliação da contribuiçãoWent for father's day. Very busy. Staff were great, food was pretty good. However, $9.24 for a pint of beer? Won't be back.
June 25, 2022: Had a very good meal and dining experience at the Burlington, WA restaurant location. The server, Megan, took very good care of us. Ordered the Cucumber Crush drink, which was very refreshing I wish I had the recipe to make it at home (please send it to me). The OD Burger was cooked properly as requested to Medium, and it was very flavorful. My companion said the French Fries were the best she had in a long time. The Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie had good flavor, and the volume of shrimp was a good, containing 15 shrimp. I 'm a rice person, and I enjoyed the rice preparation. The Clam chowder contained tender clams and it was also very good. Without us asking our server, Megan, found and me a $5 promotion that was about to expire; good service! Overall good food and service. Thank You! We 'll be back!
It's been awhile since I've dined at outback so my wife and I were looking forward to the Aussie experience. We were both disappointed. Her medium rare steak was very raw in the middle. My steak was full of tough connective tissues. To be fair the Manager reduced our bill but the experience was so unpleasant it will be a long time before we decide to give them another try.
Great restaurant..does not disappoint....delicious food, especially the steak! Service was top-notch! Our waiter Jai, was amazing, as well as the rest of the staff! We will def be back again soon!!
The best part of this restaurant was our server, Jenny. She was great! Friendly and helpful and just really good at what she does. The food, not so much. The wings were good, as they usually are at Outback. The steak wasn't a very good quality of meat. The new pork chop was really overcooked. Even if it would have been cooked as ordered, I think it still would have been tough. We were disappointed. Also, they do not give you silverware when you arrive, but bring what they think you need when delivering food. No plates with the bread, (but Jenny saw and brought us some). One steak knife, with nowhere to put your bread. Wings arrived....asked for silverware and the food runner looked at me like I was crazy. Is there a policy that we HAVE to eat our wings without silverware? When the entrees arrived, they brought silverware. Apparently someone has decided that they cannot give patrons silverware on arrival. Like, if 2 people are dining, only one can cut and butter the bread...we are not from the area but if we were we would not be going back. What a ridiculous way to conduct business in a restaurant! So, with all that said, the 3 star review is due completely to Jenny. If stars were awarded for servers, she would be 5+ easily. The rest of it, well, not good.
