Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited this location on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. Not a lot of seating space and line was nearly out of the door. The drive thru wrapped around the building, making it very difficult to even get in the parking lot. I ended up parking in the Chili's lot next door and walking through the bushes. Given the mass of customers, the employees were handling it well, but I'm not sure that it is the type of place I would want to hang out or study. I made the stop while traveling along i40, and with all of the busyness the stop was not as quick as I hoped, but I could have also just timed by stop poorly.
Black Friday weekend!! The store was busy and the staff was wonderful; patient, efficient and friendly. Absolutely wonderful!!
Very busy! So busy vehicles were in the main road for drive thru. A lot of staff on hand to be able to accommodate customers, but location and size of establishment begs to differ.
This week I was surprised and impressed by the professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and overall performance of the staff. I was greeted with wonderful interior decor and comfortable seating, and clean bathrooms. Excellent location for anyone looking to stop by.
This is by far, HANDS DOWN The very best Starbucks I have ever experienced, and I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks across the country. Went through the drive-through, this morning, and ordered ordered a tall, extra dry cappuccino and a Grande shaken espresso with whole milk....Yes, this was a two drink Monday morning (I'm a realtor who requires caffeine, lol)... The store has been recently renovated and they are tweaking their new machine, trying to get it just right, so the barista took the time to personally walk my cappuccino over to the drive-through window, explained the machine situation, handed it to me and asked me to check and make sure that the foam was to my liking, since I had ordered it extra dry. Of course it was perfect, so I paid for my order, drove away and finished my cappuccino to my cappuccino. I started on my shaken espresso and realized that it was a bit too sweet for me to enjoy, so I circled back, parked and went into the store and explained the situation. The 1st barista was was extremely kind and and said they'd be happy to fix it. Then, The other barista who was the one who had originally made my drinks overheard the situation and came over and immediately offered to remake the entire drink, which I thought was super sweet but not necessary and I didn't want to waste the orig drink, so I asked if she would just make an extra shot with a little bit of milk to cut the already made drink. She happily did so and even remembered that my drink had whole milk, which was impressive, considering that was 15 minutes ago and probably 2,465 drinks ago. Then, the manager who had overheard, walked over just to check and make sure everything was OK. Also, I might mention, that this store always has the cleanest restrooms, well stocked shelves, and cleanest tables and floors of any store I have visited, recently. I very rarely write reviews, but this store always has me driving away with a smile because of the friendliness, kindness and and capability of the folks who are obviously happy to work there...I hope lots of people see this and patronize this store and these baristas and staff! Thank you Starbucks at University Dr in Burlington, NC (exit 140 off I 40) !!!! Love and Caffeine, Your loyal, Sat-Mon java junkie, Charlotte. ?????
