Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis was one of the most disappointing sushi meals I've had. Amazing service, wonderful sake selection, reasonable prices, all plusses. The brightly lit, acoustically challenged dining room could be excused too if the sushi was anything but supermarket. I wish this place was better than it actually was.
I was excited to try out the new Sushi place in town. When we went in, I was surprised by the decor. Kinda reminded me of a lazy anime convention and a school cafe in one. Lots of upkeep that need to be done. Now the food was the WORST sushi I have ever had in my life! The texture of the rice was soggy and the fish tasted fishy. Sushi should not take fishy ?. My husband and I didn't want to disappoint the staff so we tried to finish our meal. However, there were some things that we couldn't not eat without gagging. The service was great and they had a lovely sake collection. Someone get Gordon in that kitchen cause something is going on.
Amazing sushi, would come back again, and possibly give a 5 star if our server was nicer (Lexi)
There’s a German word Schatzi that means treasure and this place is a little treasure indeed. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Sakes were delicious. The appetizers were incredible we got the oshinko, soba, and tuna with quail egg. My partner got the sushi assortment and I got the steamed salmon in miso butter. I can *bathe* in that miso butter. The bartender and waitress were incredibly nice as well and very attentive. There’s not one bad thing at all. Highly recommend!
We are so lucky to have this place in Burlington. It is the best and freshest sushi here by a long shot. We have tried every other sushi place multiple times and nothing comes close. We have also now been 20+ times and can say it is consistently
