Subway - Burnaby

Both of the girls working here doesnt know how to prepare the food nicely. They just put all in there randomly, looks like garbage.I understand this is not a restaurant, but if you are going to prepare food for your customers, better do it right. This is an easy job. If you don't like your job, then quit.

This review is specifically for the girl working on 15th October at night around 9 pm. She was working alone and huge line up of customers. Especially a group of 4 was making her go back and forth unnecessarily. As a customer I felt ashamed of how careless and unkind they were. But the girl did a fantastic job. She fulfilled all their demands still being humble and polite. She treated those customers and others too with utmost respect and did her absolute best. I don’t know her name but she deserves appreciation for her service. Thank you to her for going above and beyond where most would have lost it. I hope this reaches her.

Typical subway. polite staff. Ants eating someone's un eaten lettuce is a little rough to stare at while you eat though.

The chicken was not baked or heated or cooked. And after the survey on the bill when I asked for a cookies the server made a face as if I asked a cookie from her pay check
