Dunkin' - Burtonsville

This is the only Dunkin in the PG county area worth going too.

This location consistently has long lines every morning. About 3 to 4 employees are making orders, and 1 person rings up everyone. I think when the lines are obviously pretty long reaching the door that someone should step in to assist the 1 person that's ringing up customers to move the lines along. I ordered curbside a few weeks ago, and no one ever brought my order to the car....I ended up going inside to get it myself. I really hope this location improves in service.

The original cappuccino blast was terrific! Would give that a 5. The turkey, egg and cheese croissant was okay. The sausage flavor was weak and the sandwich was barely warm even though I ate it immediately in the car. It gets a 3.

I've been eating at this Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins for a few years and I've only had one issue which ended up being an issue with the company rather the store. In spite of this issue, I can honestly say that it was handled very well my the manager on shift. Apart from that, this store was recently renovated and looks modern and clean. Curbside pick up has always been convenient and I've never had to wait long for my food to be brought out.

Definitely my favorite Dunkin location! Always get my order right, friendly staff. Pretty busy but get the orders done quickly.
