Naz's Halal Food - Burtonsville

We ordered a lamb and kofta meal. We waited a very long time and only received the kofta meal. The cashier only entered the kofta meal instead of both. We were initially the only people in the restaurant so we did not understand why it was the service was so slow. The kofta did not taste good, there was very little lettuce and tomato in the dish, and the rice was bland. We also had two ice creams on a stick (one almond and one coconut). Both had freezer burn. Disappointed by this experience.

Staff is really nice. Ordered chicken over rice and combo over rice food is really good. Order and wait time is fast. Restaurant is clean and tidy.

We are traveller from Dallas and arrived late and this was one of restaurant opened late night. Food was excellent and price was very affordable and employees was nice and courteous. yes it took little time to make and we were party of 10 and didn't have enough seating to sit for travelers like us. Overall good

I've had food from this restaurant before. Always ordered through Uber eats and had no problem. It's only 14 mins away from my house. It usually takes 25-40 mins to arrive on average from the moment I place the order. Food arrives hot and tasty. This order took almost an hour and 20 minutes and the food arrived cold. It has lettuce so it can't really be microwaved so the taste just wasn't the same anymore unfortunately.

Ordered a chicken over rice w/ no sauce. 20 minutes later they called me up to the counter and asked what I ordered... 10 minutes after that I got my food. No apology, or My bad , nothing.The guy working the grill was more concerned with talking to the girl running the register.
