Japango Sushi Bar - Cabo San Lucas

My spouse I were actually at the Nowhere Bar (right beside this restaurant) for cheap drinks for one late afternoon I happened to be sitting in a spot where I could watch what was going on at Japango. There was a...chef out front making fresh sushi for another couple that was sitting a few tables away from us. I love sushi so I was really intrigued watching him put it all together slice the fish, veggies put the rice in the bamboo roller. He must of caught me watching him because he made some sashimi brought it over to us (no charge) it was delicious. We asked to see a menu we ordered the tempura shrimp roll we asked what was popular he recommended the mango roll. We got to watch him make the mango roll (tempura was made in the kitchen). Both were so good we devoured it really quick! It was USD for the rolls which was a bit pricey but we'd probably pay that at home anyhow not often do you get to watch them make it right in front of you. Check this place out think they are only open for dinner.

I was told about this place last time I was down there and I'm so glad we found it this time! It's a cute little sushi stand out front of a cool bar in the marina. The sushi chef was amazing, we ordered a few...serano sashimi plates, and a few specials rolls and everything was SOOO GOOD! This place is a must go for affordable incredible sushi in the area! He even made us a few special sashimi that was on the house since it was my birthday!

Delicious and very pleasant place with a beautiful view of the marina. Excellent.
