Merchant Artisan Food Coffee - Cairns

Merchant is a fantastic little café located at the Reef Casino. It features a lovely outdoor area with daybeds and is beautifully integrated into the hotel foyer. The décor is quirky, showcasing a steampunk wall, charming brickwork, and decorative navigational fire, which create a unique atmosphere. The coffee quality is top-notch, thanks to well-trained baristas and beans sourced from the award-winning Wolff Coffee Roasters. It’s impressive that they consistently offer great filter coffee, something that's not commonly found in Cairns. I adore the tapas menu and have returned multiple times to sample more delicious dishes. Their selection of cakes and treats is also impressive, offering decadent flavors with generous portions at reasonable prices. It's definitely worth a visit!

I was particularly impressed by Olivia's professionalism and friendliness; she went above and beyond to ensure that every customer, even the more demanding ones, was satisfied.

They're gonna be at the pullman. that was our daily coffee place. had the breakfast twice all ripped out. my partner like the coffee warm and every coffee was made perfect. the breakfast we had was a decent service. very recommended . the staff was at the top.

Staying at Pullman reef hotel, this cafe is amazing, is in the same building with Pullman and casino, they also open for public, accor loyalty discount accepted, Staff were amazing and friendly, food beautiful, big breakfast of the Top, coffee so good. Definitely recommended.well done.
