Worst food I ever had... Chicken tasted like it fried in 3 year old oil.. don't waste your money

They win a three star because the chicken sandwich and the riders were only warm and not hot.

I ordered 2 famous bowls and asked for a little less potato and a little more cheese and gravy. they also gave less hugging I didn't ask. disappointed, because that is the best part. Hopefully, it won't happen again.

The sides were awesome. The two ladies taking the order where rude. Chicken was passed hold time but not super dryed out. I spent over $50 bucks got six or eight biskets no butter or honey in the bag no silverware they were upset I ordered it seemed. I would have asked for what I have always been given since you're getting a family pack but hey I was the only car in drive thru and seemed to be an inconvenience to the two ladies taking the order.

Today thru drive-thru went. She took our money. then we waited for our food again. it was there that we saw the girl there. the woman working window was more concerned about taking more orders then giving people their food. we had 2 vehicles behind us, but she still commanded to give men their food so that they could get away. Perhaps the focus should be the people who have already placed their order and it always sits there cold when we only sat for a minute, it would be different, but 5 minutes is not right.
