Pizza Hot 4 You - Calderdale

Took 2 hours 25 mins to arrive was frozen cold and the pizza wasn't the one I had ordered a got told they won't replace it with what I ordered avoid this place

I went in with a group of 4 friends and we all ordered something. We had waited about 20 minutes, then one of the group who had ordered a meal deal asked for their drink while they were waiting. They then got told they had not ordered that, despite ordering exactly that and paying for it. The server became rude and aggressive. As time went on the shop became quite busy, yet no orders were coming out. We asked again for the drink and instead the server put the money on the counter and told us to f off . I then asked for my money back and to cancel my order as it was clear it was nowhere near coming and no one deserves to be spoken to like we were. Disgraceful service.

Terrible food, soggy fried food, chips like were cooked the day before, 50’ late and had to walk away from house to collect….unbelievable….

I ordered delivery it took ages to deliver the food is like dog food and got charged an extra £2 for delivery save yourself the money and buy frozen food and make it yourself

The poorly cooked chips and kebab tasted strange, as if it had been sprayed with perfume. It took a long time for the food to arrive and I am already feeling unwell.
